Senior Magento Developer Location: Frisco, TX | Employment Type: Full Time We are looking for a seasoned Magento developer with at least five years of experience in building and maintaining eCommerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in object‑oriented programming and a proven track record of successfully delivering Magento projects. Job Requirements Minimum 5 Magento eCommerce implementations. Solid understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming concepts. Familiarity with MVC design pattern. Good working knowledge of MySQL / SQL. Experience with LAMP stack is an advantage. Knowledge of HTML (HTML5, XHTML Strict), CSS (CSS2 & CSS3) is a definite advantage. Magento Certification is highly desirable. Responsibilities Develop and integrate business solutions involving eCommerce and third‑party integrations for payment processing. Collaborate with team members to establish architecture for end‑to‑end eCommerce solutions using Magento. Prepare, stage, and verify production builds and releases. Meet technical and business expectations, and produce supporting technical documentation. Qualifications & Skills Magento expert with a minimum of 5 years hands‑on experience. Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, and HTML. Experience with LAMP development/coding and MVC frameworks such as Zend or Yii. Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, Dojo). Proficient with version control systems (SVN, CVS, GIT, Mercurial). Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and take responsibility for projects.
