Gojob is hiring experienced Warehouse Workers for a logistics company located near Groveport, OH . You must be proficient in the basic and advanced functions of distribution center operations and must be able to lift up to 75 lbs . This is a Contract to Hire role!

Shift & Pay:

• $19-$21/hr
• 1st Shift: 5am - 3:30pm
• 2nd Shift: 5am-5:30pm ($2 shift differential applies)

Responsibilities:

• Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners or warehouse systems
• Locate and retrieve products from warehouse storage locations
• Verify item quantities, product codes, and order accuracy
• Pack customer orders securely to prevent damage during shipment
• Label, seal, and stage packages for shipping
• Follow packing guidelines and shipping procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality goals
• Operate warehouse equipment safely when required
• Assist with inventory control and additional warehouse duties as assigned
• Must be able to wear bending and stooping monitor for the first 60 days of employment

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED REQUIRED
• Updated resume attached to application REQUIRED
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred but not required
