Sevita, a leading provider of home and community-based health care services, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality, person-centered Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals of all ages and abilities. You will provide direct 1:1 behavioral interventions in homes, schools, and community settings, following individualized treatment plans designed to support skill development, increase independence, and reduce challenging behaviors. As a Registered Behavior Technician at Sevita, you will implement evidence-based behavior intervention programs, collect accurate and timely data on client progress, and use that data to inform ongoing treatment decisions in collaboration with your supervising clinician. Your day-to-day work may include teaching communication, social, self-help, academic, and daily living skills; implementing behavior reduction strategies; supporting families and caregivers in following treatment plans; and maintaining clear, professional documentation of all services provided. You will regularly collaborate with your supervising BCBA, participate in team meetings, and attend ongoing training to maintain and strengthen your clinical skills.
