Mobile Coffee Trailer Operator & Growth Partner

Build & Run a Profitable Coffee Business (Profit Share Included)

Location: San Luis Obispo + surrounding areas

Job Type: Full-Time / Entrepreneurial Role

Compensation: $2,000–$3,000/month + Profit Sharing (uncapped upside)

We’ve already built the asset:

A fully equipped mobile coffee & smoothie trailer (water tanks, generator, fully self-sufficient).

Now we need the right person to turn it into a profitable machine.

If you’ve ever wanted to:

•    Run your own business (without upfront cost)

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You will own the entire operation:

Operations

•    Run the coffee trailer at:

•    Parks

•    Events

•    High-traffic locations

•    Private bookings

•    Learn and execute:

•    Espresso drinks

•    Smoothies

•    Customer service at a high level

Growth & Revenue

•    Find and secure:

•    Local events

•    Farmers markets

•    Private parties (birthdays, corporate, weddings)

•    Identify high-traffic “money spots” and schedule them

Marketing

•    Manage social media (Instagram, etc.)

•    Post consistently (content that attracts local customers)

•    Promote locations, events, and bookings

•    Build a local following

Business Development

•    Create partnerships (gyms, offices, schools, events)

•    Increase repeat customers

•    Optimize schedule for maximum revenue

Compensation Structure

•    Base: $2,000–$3,000/month

•    Profit sharing: You earn more as the business grows

•    No ceiling on upside
