Responsibilities: • Craft and finish concrete surfaces with precision, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and durability. • Collaborate closely with team members to plan and execute projects efficiently, fostering a supportive work environment. • Utilize hand and power tools skillfully to shape and smooth concrete, enhancing the aesthetic and functional aspects of each project. • Inspect completed work to verify it aligns with project specifications and make necessary adjustments for optimal results. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, prioritizing safety and efficiency in every task. • Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional service. • Stay updated on industry best practices and techniques to continuously improve your craftsmanship and contribute to our innovative approach. Qualifications: Requirements • 2+ years of experience as a concrete finisher (residential or commercial) • Ability to use finishing tools (floats, trowels, edgers, jointers, stamps, etc) • Strong understanding of concrete curing, mix behavior, and weather conditions • Physical ability to perform demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods) • Team player with reliable transportation • Safety-first mindset Compensation: $30 - $40 hourly
