• About the Role:
  Join our vibrant team in Orlando, FL as a Children's Pastor! This exciting role is designed for a passionate individual who loves nurturing the spiritual growth of children and creating engaging programs that inspire faith and community.
  Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for children's ministry.
  • Lead weekly children's services and special events, fostering a welcoming environment.
  • Recruit, train, and support volunteers to assist in children's programs.
  • Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates and resources.
  • Coordinate outreach programs to engage families and the community.
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for all children in ministry.
  • Collaborate with church leadership to align children's ministry with overall church vision.
  • Evaluate and improve children's ministry programs based on feedback and assessments.
• Requirements:
  • Experience in children's ministry or related field, preferably 2+ years.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with children and families.
  • Passion for mentoring and guiding children in their spiritual journey.
  • Bachelor's degree in Theology, Education, or related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with church staff and volunteers.
  • Background check clearance and child safety training required.
  • Creative mindset with skills in planning engaging activities and lessons.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
