Role Description This is a part time to full-time Real Estate Agent role based in Columbia, MD, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for some work from home. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers, sellers, and investors through all stages of residential and/or commercial transactions, including prospecting, property showings, and contract negotiation. Daily responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, conducting market research and comparative market analyses, preparing and presenting listing agreements and purchase offers, and guiding clients through inspections, appraisals, and closing. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with lenders, title companies, and other partners, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal real estate regulations. The Real Estate Agent will participate in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions to enhance skills and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented culture. Qualifications Active Real Estate License in Maryland (or the ability to obtain one within a defined timeframe). Foundational knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property, including contracts, local market trends, and regulatory requirements. Strong Sales skills, including prospecting, lead conversion, negotiation, and closing transactions. Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and manage expectations throughout the transaction. High level of professionalism, integrity, and adherence to ethical standards. Comfort with hybrid work, including use of digital tools, CRM platforms, and virtual meeting software. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines. Willingness to participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development; prior real estate experience is a plus but not required.
