Key Skills and Responsibilities
Expertise in Generative AI solution architecture, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), agentic frameworks, and LLM orchestration
Experience designing scalable, reusable AI patterns applicable across multiple use cases and teams
Proficiency in addressing prompt brittleness, chunking strategies, hybrid retrieval methods, and non-sequential document context extraction
Ability to evaluate foundry and reusable services (e.g., retrieval APIs, text extraction alternatives) and make fit-for-purpose vs. technical debt determinations
T-shaped expertise: deep in AI solution architecture with breadth across data architecture, integration, and platform infrastructure
Desirable Experience, etc.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with agile methodologies
- No less than three years experience, must be a strong, experienced practitioner
