Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of substance use treatment centers with 18 locations across seven states. We provide evidence-based addiction treatment across the full continuum of care, including detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient services.

We are currently hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for our Detox and Residential treatment facility in Fort Collins, CO.
Job Summary: We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to provide medical care, medication management, and clinical oversight in a detox and residential substance use disorder treatment setting. This role emphasizes patient stabilization, interdisciplinary collaboration, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance, allowing clinicians to practice thoughtfully in a structured, supportive environment.
