Non-licensed Fire Watch Aide
Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor the resident population and facility for fire hazards, ensuring that all areas are clear of combustible materials and violations
• Assist in the development and implementation of fire safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify and address potential fire hazards and take corrective action as needed
• Provide assistance to the Fire Safety Officer in conducting fire safety drills and training sessions
• Document all fire safety-related activities, incidents, and observations in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility, including break rooms, lounges, and common areas

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in a healthcare or safety-related field is preferred, but not required
Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications and training
Excellent communication and observational skills
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as necessary
