The Night Auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth hotel operations during the overnight shift, delivering excellent service, and handling administrative duties effectively. Key Responsibilities: Perform nightly audits of all hotel transactions and balance financial records. Provide exceptional customer service to guests during the overnight hours. Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately. Address and resolve any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure the security and safety of the hotel and its guests at all times. Prepare and distribute daily reports and financial statements for management review. Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations. Qualifications: Previous hotel experience, particularly with Marriott properties, is preferred. Strong mathematical and analytical skills to perform financial audits. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude. Ability to work independently and handle night shift duties responsibly. Proficient in using hotel management software and computer applications. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
