ONIVERSE is looking for a dynamic Marketing Intern to join its headquarters in New York, NY! Job Title: Marketing Intern Department: Marketing Reports to: PR, Marketing & Events Partnerships Manager Location: NY Direct Reports: None FLSA: Internship Hourly Pay: $25.00USD Job Overview The Marketing Intern will support the PR, influencer marketing, events, partnerships, and retail marketing functions across Falconeri US. This role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury fashion, communications, and cultural marketing who is eager to gain hands‑on experience within a fast‑paced and highly collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, extremely thorough, and detail‑driven, capable of multitasking across multiple marketing activations simultaneously. A strong understanding of pop culture and current industry trends is a plus. Key Responsibilities PR & Communications Support PR sample trafficking, pull requests, and shipment coordination between boutiques, agencies, and HQ (Italy) Assist with gifting initiatives and VIP / influencer outreach materials Help compile press clippings, editorial coverage, and monthly PR reports Monitor editorial positioning and competitor activity across social media Maintain updated media, agent, stylist, mall, and retail contact lists Events & Partnerships Support planning and execution of boutique activations, PR/Image events, and partnership initiatives Assist with event logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, hospitality, bookings, and boutique orders Build organizational tools and trackers to support management Assist with event overview decks, post‑mortem reports, RSVP tracking, and event recaps Support physical set‑up and breakdown of events when needed Maintain the monthly marketing calendar across all marketing functions and initiatives Assist with compiling screenshot reports and performance recaps for paid social campaigns Administrative & Operations Support Support administrative and operational tasks related to marketing and PR initiatives Assist with presentation preparation, packaging, messenger coordination, shipments, and bookings Maintain organized tracking systems and invoices documentation Who You Are Passionate about luxury fashion, PR, marketing, and communications Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Able to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment Strong project management and organizational skills Positive, proactive, hands‑on, and eager‑to‑learn mindset Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team Prior internship or corporate office experience preferred This internship is ideal for someone looking to gain hands‑on experience across integrated marketing, PR, influencer partnerships, and luxury events while working closely with a dynamic and entrepreneurial team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
