We are seeking candidates who: - Want to take their career to the next level. All our managers started at entry-level positions within the company and there is plenty of room to grow into a management role in the 2026/2027 season.

What You Will Do: - Complete window cleaning, gutter cleaning and house washing jobs and provide exceptional customer service. All with advanced tools.
- Complete holiday light installs and take downs, where detail and a bit of artistic passion can shine through.
- Excel in a team environment.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Create memorable moments to maximize customer experience.
- Continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training

Contract length: Contract length is dependent on start date, we are a semi-seasonal business so the contract length can range. Our busiest seasons are the spring and fall, but we still have work during the summer and winter. Please contact us to learn more.
