Junior Family Law Attorney

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 + Bonuses

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
• 1–5 years of family law experience preferred
• Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a team
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, paternity, support, and domestic violence cases
• Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and court appearances
• Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and legal correspondence
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding case progress
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in contested matters
• Maintain organized case files and meet all deadlines
• Work closely with paralegals and support staff
• Contribute positively to firm culture and client experience
