Senior HVAC Service Technician Service First Air Conditioning & Plumbing Service First Air Conditioning & Plumbing is currently seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated professional with a positive attitude, strong troubleshooting abilities, and the experience needed to handle residential and light commercial HVAC service independently. This is not an entry-level position . We are looking for a technician who can diagnose systems accurately, communicate professionally with customers, and help generate repair and replacement opportunities through honest recommendations and exceptional service. Requirements : Minimum 3–5 years HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience servicing residential and light commercial equipment Sales experience and the ability to present repair/replacement options professionally Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Must be dependable and self-motivated Must be willing to participate in the on-call rotation Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Experience with Trane equipment Experience with pool heat pumps is a plus EPA Certification required NATE Certification is a plus Responsibilities : Diagnose and repair HVAC systems accurately and efficiently Perform preventative maintenance and system evaluations Communicate findings and repair options clearly with customers Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle Complete paperwork and invoices properly Provide high-quality customer service while representing the company professionally What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Company vehicle Opportunity for advancement Year-round work Supportive team environment Established family-owned and operated company If you take pride in your work, enjoy solving problems, and want to work for a company that values professionalism and customer service, we want to hear from you.
