• Hybrid Schedule: Work from home three days a week, and enjoy two days (Mon & Wed) in our dog-friendly office.

Your Responsibilities:

• Source new clients and candidates to fulfill staffing needs.
• Make swift decisions on qualifications and compensation.
• Utilize technology platforms to build a robust talent pool.
• Connect qualified candidates with open opportunities.
• Screen candidates for various healthcare roles.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and increase profitability.
• Engage in business development to increase market share.
