Responsibilities

• Assist Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions related to products and services.
• Deliver accurate information regarding account management, product features, and service offerings.
• Handle customer complaints effectively and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to improve service processes and customer experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and updates to offer the best possible support.

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to solve problems and handle challenging situations with ease.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and familiar with standard office applications.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and adapt to a new environment.
• A strong desire to learn and grow within a customer service role.
