We are seeking a highly driven culinary leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant operations and is passionate about developing teams, maintaining excellence, and elevating the guest experience across multiple locations.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Executive Chef based in West Palm Beach, FL. The Corporate Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations across multiple Lynora’s locations and will play a critical leadership role in maintaining culinary excellence, operational consistency, kitchen accountability, and overall restaurant performance.

The ideal candidate must come from a high-volume restaurant background with experience leading busy, fast-paced kitchens that prioritize execution, consistency, and hospitality at scale. This role is best suited for a chef with strong operational discipline and proven success within established restaurant groups or distinguished dining concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all culinary operations across multiple Lynora’s locations
  • Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, consistency, and execution standards
  • Develop and execute seasonal menus, specials, and culinary programming
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Executive Sous Chefs, Sous Chefs, kitchen managers, and culinary staff
  • Ensure compliance with all health, sanitation, safety, and food handling regulations
  • Manage food cost, labor cost, inventory controls, ordering, and waste reduction initiatives
  • Collaborate with ownership and executive leadership on operational strategy and culinary direction
  • Standardize recipes, plating, preparation methods, and kitchen systems across all locations
  • Conduct regular kitchen evaluations, staff training, and performance management
  • Assist with catering operations, private events, media opportunities, and special culinary activations as needed
  • Foster a positive, professional, high-accountability kitchen culture focused on teamwork and execution
  • Support new restaurant openings, kitchen build-outs, and culinary expansion initiatives

Qualifications

  • Culinary degree required from an accredited culinary institution
  • Minimum 5–7 years of Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience
  • Prior experience within a distinguished, high-volume restaurant environment is required
  • Experience leading high-paced restaurant kitchens with strong ticket volume and operational complexity is essential
  • Multi-unit restaurant experience strongly preferred
  • Fine dining or upscale dining experience preferred within restaurant groups, not private clubs or country clubs
  • Candidates with primarily country club, banquet-only, or private membership club experience will not be considered
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and team development abilities
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing food and labor costs
  • Deep understanding of kitchen systems, inventory management, prep organization, and operational efficiency
  • Extensive knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality control standards
  • Ability to innovate and create menus aligned with guest expectations and brand standards
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Italian cuisine experience is highly preferred
  • Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
