Duties

  • Monitor construction sites and facilities through CCTV surveillance and physical patrols to detect potential fire hazards or safety violations
  • Conduct thorough inspections of fire sprinkler systems, alarm systems, and other fire safety equipment to ensure proper functionality and compliance with regulations
  • Assist in the installation, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems and sprinkler fittings to uphold safety standards
  • Collaborate with construction teams to review system designs and ensure fire safety measures are integrated effectively into project plans
  • Perform regular construction inspections to identify hazards related to fire safety and recommend corrective actions
  • Support the sale of fire alarm systems and related security solutions by providing expert advice and demonstrating product features to clients
  • Respond promptly to emergency alarms or incidents, coordinating with local emergency responders when necessary
Experience

  • Prior experience in security or system design related to fire safety is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of construction inspection procedures and best practices for fire prevention
  • Certification or hands-on experience in fire sprinkler fitting, fire alarm installation, or alarm system sales is a plus
  • Familiarity with construction processes and safety regulations applicable to building sites
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
