Position Description About Us Hunter Mechanical, a Thermal Concepts company , is a leader in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and construction services. As part of the Thermal Concepts family, we combine the strength and resources of a growing organization with the culture and agility of a local team.
What You'll Do - Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and restaurant (hot-side) equipment, including RTUs, walk-in coolers/freezers, and split systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment performance and reliability.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend effective repair solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Ensure all work complies with company safety standards and industry regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while completing accurate service reports and documentation.
Position Requirements What We're Looking For - 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration
- EPA Certification
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with plumbing or construction is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
