Employment Details Employment Type: Contract Duration: 6–8 Month Responsibilities Install, route, and secure copper and fiber optic cabling for voice and data networks Perform termination of Cat5e/Cat6 copper cables and fiber optic cables Conduct fiber splicing and connectorization as required Test copper and fiber cabling using certification tools (Fluke testers, OTDR, power meters) Label and document cable runs in accordance with project standards Install cable pathways including conduit, cable tray, ladder rack, and J-hooks Mount and secure network racks, patch panels, and enclosures Troubleshoot connectivity and signal issues Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and industry standards Maintain clean and organized job sites Qualifications 3+ years of experience in structured cabling installations Strong experience in copper and fiber termination Proficiency with cable testing and certification tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams Active OSHA 10 Certification (Required) Ability to work on ladders and in ceiling spaces Reliable transportation to job site in Baltimore, MD #J-18808-Ljbffr
