If your team sells, you get paid. If they don’t, you won’t.
You’ll be leading a team representing Stellantis brands — Jeep, Ram, Dodge, and Chrysler — in a store with the inventory, traffic, and support to perform. Execution is on you.
Our Los Lunas location sits right on I-25 with strong visibility and steady traffic. Jeep and Ram drive consistent demand, and we’re focused on execution, not constant process changes.
If you can lead, close, and produce while maintaining high standards, there’s real opportunity here.
