Job Title: Assembler - $20/hour
Job Description
The Assembler supports the cases and mounts team by performing repetitive mechanical assembly processes, operating light assembly tools, and ensuring products meet quality and accuracy standards. This role contributes directly to smooth production flow by following established procedures, maintaining equipment, and keeping the work area clean and safe.
Responsibilities
Assemble components for the cases and mounts team using established procedures and work instructions.
Perform repetitive assembly processes with consistent quality and attention to detail.
Operate light assembly tools safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
Assure the accuracy and quality of finished products through careful inspection and verification.
Operate and maintain production auxiliary equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area, following all housekeeping and safety guidelines.
Communicate effectively with production leadership regarding progress, issues, and improvement opportunities.
Follow all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production guidelines throughout the shift.
Essential Skills
1–2 years of mechanical assembler experience, such as building chassis, aerospace assembly, or medical device assembly.
Hands-on assembly experience using basic hand tools.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Ability to stand for long periods of time during the shift.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as required by production tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to following SOPs.
Effective communication skills to interact with production leadership and team members.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Soldering experience is a strong plus, though not required.
Experience working in a structured manufacturing or production environment.
Familiarity with light assembly tools and auxiliary production equipment.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.

Work Environment
This is a first-shift role with hours from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, providing a four-day workweek with long, consistent shifts. The position is based in a production and assembly environment that uses light assembly tools and auxiliary equipment. The workspace emphasizes cleanliness, organization, and safety, with adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures. Team members spend most of the shift on their feet and may regularly lift up to 40 lbs as part of normal assembly tasks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
