American Natural Processors is seeking a self-motivated and highly focused individual for this opportunity to learn the basics of both the Crush and Refinery sides of our Plant. Your previous experience in a manufacturing or food processing position will be of great value to us but is not required for this entry level position. Your ability to communicate with a diverse team of people, both verbally and in writing will significantly improve your success in this role.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Much of your day will be dedicated to duties required to keep a clean and functional workplace that complies with all safety and food grade regulations.
• Meticulously document production processes and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Become familiar with the process of starting up or shutting down the refinery and crush equipment.
• Responsible for continuous monitoring of equipment with a focus on the quality of the finished product.
• Report variances and issues as soon as they become apparent.
• Additional tasks and duties as assigned by the Lead Production Manager as needed.

WHAT WE OFFER:

• A fair starting wage with the opportunity to earn an additional $1 after a Demonstration of Competency on both the Refinery and Crush processes.
• $5 weekend differential for all hours worked between Midnight on Friday and Midnight on Sundays.
