Astrology as a Tool for Exploration of the Self.

Astrology is an ancient art founded on an archetypical representation of the human journey on Earth. It offers invaluable tools for the exploration of the mind, signaling, through their symbols, the types of experiences and energy patterns that resonate with our lives. This is not, however, a “one size fits all” experience; only you are capable of detecting how the symbols are manifesting in your life. In our sessions, we utilize a method known as Experiential Astrology, in which you will be invited to actively engage with the patterns shown in your birth chart and establish a dialogue with them through creative expression. This allows for intuitive, insightful, and highly intimate access to your inner self to find the clarity you seek.

By spirituality, we understand the search for expanding the self into alignment with higher levels of consciousness. Art and spirituality have been linked since the dawn of time, making the invisible visible and integrating messages of the higher self into the conscious mind. Through creative expression, it's possible to achieve states of consciousness that are similar to spiritual activities like prayer and meditation. We use creative visualization, ritual, shamanic processes of connection with nature, mandalas, and other holistic practices that aim to bring deeper integration with our higher selves.
